Grandillo Louis has been working on television and on the mechanisms of mass communication through work-based still image transmissions from the screen, handled and processed a new visual dimension.
Grandillo spoke well on television duels of fencers and boxers, with samples, do not forget that the reference to an artist such as Mario Schifano, the author has recreated through digital interventions toned in red with the addition of resins and pigments, which lend an aura to his dramatic figures of blood and violence that communicates openly with pictorial models. In this way, Grandillo works on video in a "negative", defying the passage of time and images, and trying to "fix" its speed through a re-loading a dynamic concept where, paradoxically, an enigmatic sense of suspension.
Grandillo Louis was born in Bernal (Argentina) in 1955. He lives and works in Oratino (CB).
